At Bordo Flowers, we are committed to providing a seamless and elevated delivery experience in every market we serve. Each arrangement is handcrafted with care and delivered with attention to detail. Please review our Dallas delivery policy below.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on the recipient’s ZIP code and service area. Rates currently range from $20 to $60, depending on the delivery zone.

Your exact delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address entered at checkout. Each ZIP code is assigned to a specific delivery zone, so please enter the recipient’s complete address to see the applicable rate.

Delivery fees are separate from the flower arrangement price and are shown before you complete your order.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day flower delivery is available for eligible orders placed before the applicable daily cutoff time, subject to availability and delivery area.

Delivery availability and fees are determined by the recipient’s ZIP code. For addresses outside our primary same-day service area, delivery may be scheduled for the next available day.

For the best chance of same-day delivery, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Recipient Availability

Our courier always aims to deliver arrangements hand-to-hand whenever possible.

If the recipient is unavailable:

• We will first attempt to contact the recipient
• If unreachable, we will contact the sender
• If no response is received, we may:
  
  leave the arrangement in a safe location (porch)
  leave it with a neighbor
  or return the arrangement
  
  

We always do our best to ensure the flowers are delivered safely and appropriately.

Surprise Deliveries

To preserve the surprise, we primarily communicate with the sender, unless otherwise necessary.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• Kindly notify us at least 12 hours in advance to make changes
• Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery

Weather & Unforeseen Delays

In cases of severe weather (snow, heavy rain), traffic, or unexpected incidents, delays may occur.

We reserve the right to adjust delivery timing to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of your arrangement.

Holiday Deliveries

During peak holidays such as:

• Thanksgiving
• Christmas

Due to high order volume:

• Delivery time windows are not guaranteed
• Delays may occur

For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend selecting pickup when available.

Subscription Deliveries

For all subscription orders, our manager will contact you in advance to confirm your preferred delivery day and time window.
