Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bordo Flowers, we are committed to providing a seamless and elevated delivery experience in every market we serve. Each arrangement is handcrafted with care and delivered with attention to detail. Please review our Dallas delivery policy below.

Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within Farmers Branch and the greater Dallas–Fort Worth metro, up to a 25-mile radius of our store at 4480 Alpha Road, Farmers Branch, TX 75244.

Delivery Fees

  • A flat delivery fee of $15 applies to all deliveries within our 25-mile service area — one transparent rate, with no hidden or distance-based surcharges.

Delivery Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sunday: Delivery only (no pickups available)

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of our store for orders placed at least 2 hours before the end of the delivery window, subject to availability. Orders beyond 15 miles (up to our 25-mile service area) may require next-day scheduling.

Delivery Time Windows

We offer the following delivery windows:

  • 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

While we always aim to deliver within your selected window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Recipient Availability

Our courier always aims to deliver arrangements hand-to-hand whenever possible.

If the recipient is unavailable:

  • We will first attempt to contact the recipient
  • If unreachable, we will contact the sender
  • If no response is received, we may:
    • leave the arrangement in a safe location (porch)
    • leave it with a neighbor
    • or return the arrangement

We always do our best to ensure the flowers are delivered safely and appropriately.

Surprise Deliveries

To preserve the surprise, we primarily communicate with the sender, unless otherwise necessary.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Kindly notify us at least 12 hours in advance to make changes
  • Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery

Weather & Unforeseen Delays

In cases of severe weather (snow, heavy rain), traffic, or unexpected incidents, delays may occur.

We reserve the right to adjust delivery timing to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of your arrangement.

Holiday Deliveries

During peak holidays such as:

  • Valentine’s Day
  • Mother’s Day
  • International Women’s Day
  • Sweetest Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Due to high order volume:

  • Delivery time windows are not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur

For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend selecting pickup when available.

Subscription Deliveries

For all subscription orders, our manager will contact you in advance to confirm your preferred delivery day and time window.
